By attaching your Stripe Account to your RapidSale shopping cart(s) you can accept payments from all the major credit card providers such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Note: "Country" refers to your Stripe's account registered country. For example if your Stripe account is registered in Switzerland you will not be able to accept payments from American Express cards regardless of your RapidSale account country.

Anyone who accepts credit card payments must be in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Stripe is audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider.

We DO NOT collect, view or store any credit card information from you or your customers. RapidSale reviews annually our account’s PCI compliance with Stripe.

We use Stripe.js & elements integration to offer credit card payments to our merchants. This passes all the compliance heavy lifting directly to Stripe. Using this approach the customer's credit card information is validated and securely transmitted directly to Stripe without it passing through our servers.
