Customer emails in RapidSale are sent once a successful trigger has been initiated such as a "purchase confirmation" or the addition of a tracking number to a sale. Customer emails provide important information to the buyer regarding their purchase and also assist sellers by alerting them of activities regarding their products and sales.

The emails are automated and localised in 19 languages. The locale of the customer's emails is determined by the language they have selected in the shopping cart. Sellers can customize what languages they wish to allow in the shopping cart by modifying their individual plug's settings.
